SPECTROSCOPIC_DISCUSSION:

This pigment has a relatively weak reflectance peak centered at 0.44 microns with a broad neighboring composite absorption with individual overlapping absorptions centered at approximately 0.56 and 0.96 microns. The NIR region is dominated by vibrational absorptions at 1.912, 2.034, 2.096, 2.146, 2.333, 2.368, 2.403, and 2.480 microns (continuum removed positions). G. Swayze
