SPECTROSCOPIC_DISCUSSION:

The spectrum has a sharp peak at 0.462 microns probably due to the pigment in the plastic. Absorption bands in the 1.7 and 2.3 micron region are C-H related. There are other strong absorptions at 1.21 and 1.42 microns.
