SPECTROSCOPIC_DISCUSSION:
Complex spectrum with a strong absorption centered around 0.62 microns resulting in a reflectance peak at 0.48 microns (imparting the bluish color). The 1.7 micron C-H stretch absorptions and 2.3 micron C-H combination bands are strong in this sample. There is also a triplet absorption centered around 2.15 microns.
