SPECTROSCOPIC_DISCUSSION:

Spectrum has abrupt absorption edge in visible portion of spectrum with two weak absorptions at 0.4423 and 0.5029 microns. After a peak in reflectance at 0.579 microns the spectrum slopes downward toward longer wavelengths. There are at least 10 distinct absorptions of variable strength in the 2 - 2.5 micron region with the strongest absorptions at 2.2647 and 2.3056 microns probably related to organic constituents in the paint coating.
