The spectrum is dominated by numerous intense sharp f-f transition absorptions in the visible and NIR region. A partial list includes absorptions at 0.3888, 0.4245, 0.7436, 0.7993, 0.8875, 1.2616, and 1.6809 microns. G. Swayze.
