SPECTROSCOPIC_DISCUSSION:
This pigment has a reflectance less than 2% throughout the range from 0.35 to 2.5 microns, however the reflectance level is not flat over this range as it increases monotonically from 0.35 to 2.5 microns. There appears to be a barely discernable absorption centered at 1.10 microns in an otherwise featureless spectrum. G. Swayze
