Sandoval-Santa Fe Survey Area

A high-resolution aeromagnetic survey was flown over this area in November, 1998 by Sander Geophysics, Ltd. on contract to the U. S. Geological Survey. The survey covers the southern Española Basin and northern Albuquerque basins, including Española, the western part of Santa Fe, major portions or all of the lands of the Pueblos of San Juan, Santa Clara, San Ildefonso, Pojoaque, Nambe, Tesuque, Santo Domingo, San Felipe, Santa Ana, and Zia, and minor portions of the lands of the Pueblos of Cochiti and Jemez. Flight lines were flown east-west, 150-m apart, and at a nominal 150-m height above ground.
